ZOMEI 49mm Variable ND Lens Filter

Neutral Density filters are used to reduce the quantity of light that reaches the sensor of the camera, allowing for decreased shutter speed to achieve motion blur (waterfalls, ocean, clouds, etc.) and/or reduced depth of field in very bright conditions. These filters do not affect color rendition, as they are "neutral."
